Hello there. I wanted to tell you that I love you. And, as I say that, my whole body just shivers and shudders at the possibility of expressing to you that I love you.

When I look into your eyes, and I really really see you, I see the whole of you, I see the parts of you that you love, and I see the parts of you that you struggle with. And I want you to know that as I look at the whole of you, I love you.

And I accept you just as you are. And it’s not about your physical appearance, but even when I look into your eyes, and I see you smiling, and I see your heart open, my love for you just resonates and vibrates that much more deeply and that much more profoundly.

And when I listen to you, and when I hear you, the struggles and things that go on for you, and the times that you forget how beautiful you are, I just want you to know that even in those really difficult moments I love you.

And when I see you happy, and rejoicing, I could just kiss you, I could just eat you alive, and my heart sings and I celebrate. And when I see you in your ecstasy and your bliss, and I see you rejoicing and I see you celebrating and being much bigger and wider than you knew yourself, even in those moments I love you too. And I’m celebrating and rejoicing with you.

And I want you to allow yourself to really experience, to really feel, to really give yourself permission to feel those words when I say to you, that I deeply, profoundly, and truly love you. I really love you.

And as you go about your day, as you go about your business, as you interact with other people, I just want you to know that I love you and I am holding you in every single moment that you’re going through in this day. And when it’s difficult, when it’s challenging, when it’s happy, when it’s ecstatic, when it’s anything, all of that time, I’m just loving you and holding you. And I want you to allow yourself to feel that, I want you to let me in, I want you to allow yourself to feel loved.

So as I finish this video for this time with you, I just want you to know that I deeply, profoundly, with all of the love in my heart, everything I know about love, I offer to you, and I love you.
